The chassis and body are completely rust free. For its correct restoration, the body was separated from the chassis. Everything, including the cabin and engine compartment, was painted in the new color.
Interior
The interior features a fully repaired and padded driver’s seat. The steering wheel is covered in leather. The roof and the area behind the rear seats are also fully padded. It has a completely new dashboard and fully integrated air conditioning.
Engine
As for the engine, all the gaskets and gaskets were replaced, including the half-crankcase gasket. The head gasket was not replaced because it was in good condition. The injection pump and turbocharger are completely repaired. Chain, skates and timing tensioner were replaced.
New engine parts
Water pump and thermostat, grill temperature sensor, fan thermal contact, starter motor thermal temperature sensor, engine fan clutch, engine mounts.
Almost all coolant and oil lines.
Engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air and coolant filter, power steering fluid.
Intercooler installation.
In the brake area, numerous system lines, all hoses and brake fluid were replaced. The master brake cylinder is completely new as is the front progressive distributor. New front pads and repaired front brake calipers. The drums, jaws and rear cylinders are completely new.
New clutch disc, press and bearings. New gear oil, as well as inlet seal, outlet seal and bracket.
New transfer case oil and brackets.
New fluid for both differentials.
It has air conditioning, turbo and intercooler
Legalized reforms
It has a built-in snorkel, an additional 90-liter fuel tank and 285/75/16 tires on military rims.
The rear deck has two 50-liter capacity side storage boxes installed behind the fuel tanks.
All reforms approved by the ITV and noted in the vehicle documentation.
